Order Confirmation & Delivery
We pre-authorise your payment method at checkout and only capture payment once we confirm stock. In-stock items are dispatched within five working days of payment. Tracking details are sent within 24 hours of dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information by the sixth working day, please email us at info@moradauk.com.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please check all items carefully on arrival. If packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery. If damage is noticed after delivery, email info@moradauk.com with clear photos as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For standard stocked items, you may return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the items are unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error. If you would like us to arrange collection, courier-size items can be collected for £14.95 and palletised items (such as furniture or ceramics) can be collected for £39.95. A restocking fee of up to 25% applies to non-faulty returns to cover inspection and repacking. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method and processed promptly, within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof of return.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items
Bespoke, customised or made-to-order items (including certain baths, furniture, or products with special finishes) are non-returnable and non-cancelable once your order is placed, unless the item is faulty. This is because production or customisation begins specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required. Your rights for faulty goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned: bespoke or customised products, made-to-order items, used or installed products, hygiene-sensitive items such as toilet seats once opened, and any items returned without original packaging or fixings.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds quickly and always within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
