Delivery & Returns
At Morada, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent returns process. Below, you will find our general returns policy, incorporating brand-specific rules where necessary.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, we will pre-authorise your card, but no payment will be taken until we confirm product availability. Once availability is confirmed, we will process your payment and dispatch your order promptly. If an item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and inform you of the expected delay.
Order Delivery
Orders that are in stock will be dispatched within five working days after payment has been processed. Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received your tracking details within six working days, please get in touch with us at info@moradauk.com.
Damages & Missing Items
Please take a moment to carefully check all items upon delivery. If any products arrive damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery. Should any damage be noticed after accepting the item, within 24 hours of delivery to info@moradauk.com with clear photos.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed only to the original method of payment.
