How quickly can you answer my question?

We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most inquiries are answered within 24 hours during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Do you deliver outside the UK?


No. We only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders placed from outside the UK cannot be processed or fulfilled.

How long does order processing take?

All orders go through verification, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.

Processing time: Up to 5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT), on weekends, or on public holidays start processing on the next working day.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details are provided whenever available from our courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery begins after the handling period is completed.

  • Standard delivery: Up to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Bulky or specialist items (e.g. bathtubs): Delivered via specialist couriers and may require additional coordination

How much does shipping cost?

Standard UK shipping rates:

  • £0.01 – £499.99 → £30.00
  • £500 and above → FREE

Special delivery – Coppersmith Creations Bathtubs:

  • England – £144.00
  • Wales – £192.00
  • Scotland – £299.00
  • Northern Ireland – £499.00

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Will I receive tracking details?

Yes, tracking is provided whenever it is available from our delivery partners.

If tracking is not available for a specific item, you will still receive a dispatch confirmation with an estimated delivery window.

What if I haven’t received dispatch confirmation?

If you have not received any dispatch notification by the sixth working day after payment, please contact us at info@moradauk.com.

Can my order arrive in more than one package?

Yes. Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched separately depending on supplier availability. You will receive confirmation emails and tracking details (when available) for each shipment.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be made before dispatch.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@moradauk.com. Once shipped, address changes are subject to courier policies and may not be possible.

What happens if my delivery fails?

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:

  • Redelivery or return-to-sender charges may apply
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the courier was at fault

What if my delivery is delayed?

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

While delays may occur due to weather, courier disruption, or peak seasons, we will assist to resolve the issue promptly.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

What is your returns policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from delivery if they are:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • In resaleable condition with all accessories and documents

Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns.

Are there return collection charges?

If we arrange the collection:

  • Standard items: £14.95
  • Large or palletised items: £39.95

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on supplier terms.

Are any products non-returnable?

Yes, unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed items
  • Bespoke, customised, or made-to-order products
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened toilet seats)
  • Items missing components or packaging

What if my item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at info@moradauk.com with photos and your order number.

We will arrange free collection and offer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Or a full refund

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including the 30-day right to reject faulty goods).

How do I start a return?

Email info@moradauk.com to request a return.

We will issue:

  • A Return Authorisation (RA) number
  • The correct supplier return address
  • Packaging instructions

Do not return items without authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 14 business days of receiving the return or proof of return.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Where do I return my item?

We operate multiple warehouses and supplier return centres.

The correct address will be provided after RA approval. Items sent to the wrong address may be delayed or rejected.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is not available for bulky or oversized items such as bathtubs.

Some smaller items may qualify depending on supplier availability.

Do prices include tax?

Yes. All prices include applicable UK taxes.

As we ship only within the UK, no international duties or customs charges apply.
