6. Delivery & Shipping
6.1 Handling and Dispatch

- Handling time: up to 5 business days
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT), weekends, or public holidays begin processing the next working day.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
7.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch.
- Made-to-order or bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
7.2 Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)
Eligible items may be returned if:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Including all accessories
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless faulty.
Collection fees (if arranged by Morada):
- Standard items: £14.95
- Large or palletised items: £39.95
A restocking fee up to 25% may apply.
7.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Report within 14 days with photos to info@moradauk.com.
- We will arrange free collection.
- Resolution may include repair, replacement, or full refund.
- Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies.
7.4 Non-returnable Items
- Made-to-order / bespoke products
- Used or installed items
- Hygiene-sensitive products once opened
- Incomplete products missing parts or packaging
8. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- We are not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control (force majeure, strikes, pandemics, weather).
- Product images are illustrative; actual items may vary.
